Also, allow phantom to pass through opts (eg. path to binary). (assuming https://github.com/juliangruber/phantomjs-stream/pull/12 is merged of course).

Hopefully if we can get broser working we can fix some of the issues with browser-run.

Where did you get to with https://github.com/juliangruber/browser-run/issues/112 ?
