Measurement anisotropy! #132

In "Measure" mode, measurements made along a horizontal line are 10% greater than those in the vertical direction!! [try, for example, measuring the length of one of our square (1024x1024) images in the Shrimp Myelin project. It will be different along the horizontal edge than the vertical edge.]

Hi, Julian,

 It works fine now!  I tried it on square images from 4 different

projects and it gave the same X and Y dimensions in each case. Many thanks! What was the problem?
