Bug: Cross links don't work #7

The way we generate ZIM files doesn't yet fix-up cross-links in the markdown content. For instance special_characters is located at ./www/A/term_special_characters.html in the generated HTML, however the in-page link is set to ./www/l/special_characters.md

Let's have a think about how we can reconcile the links consistently in the various formats and packages of the material.

Are we going to solve this by making cross-links explicit in the catalog? For now I'll manually re-write these urls
