Custom URL Provider Overrides Gravatar #11

When using a custom avatar provider, this plugin will no longer pull the users gravatar emails. It uses the custom provider for all users unless they manually upload an image. (with the built in default image providers it works as expected. Shows the default image unless there is a valid gravatar).

This issue is fixed in pending pr #12
