Twitter's new SSO policy provides email address #25

I've tested it, but it seems that this NodeBB SSO plugin would need an update, since it still creates the user without the now provided email.

Therefore, sadly :sob: needing to disable the Twitter plugin for now, and just using the Google+ and Facebook ones. Thank you very much if you can update this plugin. :slightly_smiling_face:
