Login/Register bug #5

If I try to login to my existing account with this plugin, it appears to work until I get onto the homepage and see a notification, which tells me the username I wanted was not available and has given me another one.

So the twitter login seems to force a registration. Which is not ideal.

Even worse this creates the same bug as on the Facebook SSO plugin: https://github.com/julianlam/nodebb-plugin-sso-facebook/issues/2

ANd I can't delete the user, I get an error saying "Connection closed by Application" when I try, and their profile shows up a 404 page.

Hm... thanks @nicekiwi I'll take a look at this shortly.
