not syncing files instead added the files #548

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  google docs upload doc.txt
2.   google docs upload doc.txt
3.   google docs upload doc.txt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
only one file should upload or sync the file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
version of gdata-python-client (aka python-gdata)?
Centos 6.4, googlecl-0.9.9-2.el6.noarch,python-gdata-2.0.11-1.el6.noarch

Please provide any additional information below.
its add the files how  it possible the files with same name.
