Import NPCs #6

import NPCs into Database pre-configure things like has mana bar. set spells to monitor for NPC to do things like interrupt casting

This is kind of next level stuff, beyond my goal of creating a simple grind bot. I think it would only be useful for a few mobs or in certain situations like using the bot in a raid to interupt a boss heal.
