Default transformations config #9

I figured I'd go ahead and make a PR for this, it would be a nice addition imo 🙂

This PR adds a hook for a default_transformations config option, falling back to the original transformations if it's not defined.

I've gone ahead and added the sample jpg (a random picture I took of a part of a LP cover), I'm not sure the reason why one was left out, but if you prefer it not being there I'll remove it of course.
