Add support for containers like prind #167

I managed to shoehorn this into my prind klipper installation but would like to know if it would be possible to get container support for prind or others.

I don't know prind and won't support that myself. But to make the plugin work it is enough to put the led-effect.py file in klipper/klippy/extras.
