Summary

preview_generator for generating GIFs from layer definitions (as shown in ./docs/LED_Effect.md)
klipper_tests testing installation and initialization of the plugin in docker using real klipper
Keeps the original src/led_effect.py as a symlink to the single-file plugin in packages/led_effect/led_effect/led_effect_plugin.py
Adds devcontainer.json for easier development/contributions
Closes #180, #185

To be discussed:

[ ] Restore the pyInstaller for the simulator and the CI jobs?
[ ] Split up the PR in smaller PRs?
