A very rewarding read. Thank you for the tour through your workspace, Julia. It has certainly inspired me to go back and improve on my own Notion workflow.

I appreciate your research on different kinds of systems. The Bulletproof Workspace method, itself being a fork of the PARA one, was easy to grasp without diving too much into it. That simplicity is an important aspect of an effective and sustainable workflow, I think. In my own life, Tim Challies' Do More Better has helped to shape or carve out one such simple system to follow. The concept of Areas of Responsibility directly parallels that of Buckets (or PARA's Areas). And what follows is the similar Organization System of linking tasks (Bolts), notes (Bytes) and events to one of these areas. This overlap between systems is yet another helpful indicator for me of being on the right track.

And yes, the flexibility of Notion makes it so versatile and powerful to bring these systems to life!
