Hey Julia 👋

Here is a branch to start with the Hugo Apero theme- I think there was minimal dust in the construction process 🤣

Happy holidays! Alison

PS your deploy preview on Netlify will need you to update the baseURL in the config.toml file for the fonts/CSS to render correctly. Here is my deploy preview: https://hugo-apero--elastic-saha-ddd0a2.netlify.app/

@apreshill I think I have this going pretty well!

What do you know about the RSS feeds for this theme? I have been trying to poke around without much luck. The RSS feed that I use in various places (like R-Bloggers, RWeekly, etc) is tag-specific: https://juliasilge.com/tag/rstats/index.xml I've been looking at this: https://gohugo.io/templates/rss/ But I don't see anything in Apero's layouts for RSS, like there was for Academic. What do you think?

~~@apreshill This new theme puts something in a category at /categories: https://deploy-preview-59--bricklayer-handful-33133.netlify.app/categories/tidymodels/ But the old one is at /category: https://juliasilge.com/category/tidymodels/ Is there a way for me to change this so all my old links do not break? (I have a link in every tidymodels post.)~~

I'm going to use a Netlify redirect for this.

The redirect fixes the issue of my old links for the category, but I am suspecting I will get a related problem with the RSS feed. The feed I have everywhere is: https://juliasilge.com/tag/rstats/index.xml Notice the singular "tag".

OK, here is how I dealt with the singular/plural differences between Academic and Apero:
