install without devtools? #6

Hello there!

Unfortunately I cannot install via devtools because my computer is behind firewalls and I dont have admin rights to get Rtools. Any other way to get this nice widyr package?

I finally released this on CRAN, so you can install with install.packages("widyr"). Cheers!
