Add first steps to documentation #276

As we present IDPCG to more people we can better identify which points in the documentation need improvement. Here, I wrote a first steps page to provide users a very quick generaly overview of what they will find when walking through the project. @menoliu please fell free to improve it but I suggest not extending the text length too much to what it is already.

If you can, please give priority to this PR since it is short. If you aggree, accept and merge it directly :wink:
