I understand hosting a demo on cloud is costly. I have two suggestions to enable people to see it, because a demo helps people to get the gist of the ideas:
Can you put a video on the demo on youtube? or,
A Github Pages edition of the demo itself -- rather than Azure-hosted demo (may not be able to have some features, but in theory , it should be able to show some diagrams and some movement)
