Allow different reconciliation types #34

There was a discussion of allowing a reconciliation that gets the mean, mode, and median of a set of classifications.

Hey guys --- So we are about to launch a 2nd phenology expedition, and this one will have volunteers report counts of buds, flowers, and fruits. As opposed to finding the best matches across the 3 transcripts, I think these new expeditions are going to require an adjustment to our reconciliation tools. For these expeditions, Michael and I think we are going to need means and standard deviations (or ranges). Does this make sense?

I know its going to mean some major effort on reconciliation tools but I am hoping we have a lot more of these kinds of expeditions in the future and we may as well try to get ahead of this, since providers are going to want these kinds of outputs.
