All missing no longer an error & other things #76

@PmasonFF I realized that I was being a little heavy-handed with this issue. I changed it without warning and without a technical reason, so I put it back to it not being an error (pink).

I used this issue to fix some other potential bugs relating to CSV and JSON input. So as always, test.
