Adds timeouts, before/afterAll, jasmine/done.fail(), and native featured specs.

+1. Anything holding this up? There have been a large number of changes / bug fixes since the 2.0.0 release this project is pinned to.

I've published to npm a version based off of this PR using jasmine 2.3.
