Add a setting to change to 24h time. #27

This issue is the main reason why I do not use Buffer App. It is quite hard for those, who are not used to AMs and PMs to figure out the right time.

Hmm, that does not seem like a very common request. Anyone seconding this?

Maybe not common, but quite useful and simple improvement. I'd really liked that someone weight in on this.

I prefer a 24 hour clock, but it isn't a deal breaker. The only reason I don't use circular is because I have to log in far to frequently for it to be painless.
