What do these nodes do ? #1

Hi, would you please consider adding some useful documentation to the README file so users can understand what these nodes may be used for ? Alternatively you could possibly remove the "node-red" keyword tag from package.json, and then we won't index it on the flows.nodered.org site. Many thanks in advance

Hi,

I added a basic description listing the nodes provided and links the Deepstream website. Each node as a description visible inside nodered.

I hope that's enough !
