Fatal Error on Install from Web or Package #105

Hi Julian,

Clean install of Joomla 3.10.12, getting this error with web install or package install tracks-error

Fatal error: Declaration of Com_TracksInstallerScript::postflight($route, JAdapterInstance $adapter) must be compatible with Com_RedcoreInstallerScript::postflight($type, $parent) in C:\Wamp64\www\joomla\tmp\install_65b3879e97c23\install.php on line 52

Dropping down to PHP 7.4.X solved the problem for the installation error.
