Permissions #91

Not really asking Julien, but anybody in the forum. I normally have Tracks installed with registered users. However I am having an open championship where I need this to be public. Sooooo... I create the structure under a new project and... I still can only access the project as a registered user, (even though I believe I have set everything to public). The access is through protostar main menu, and the menu item is selected as a Tracks Single Project. Joomla Debug screenshot of what I get when I click on the menu item when not logged in. P.S. I am absolutely convinced this is a permissions issue. The only other thing I possibly could do is migrate the database to a sister website, but thats a bit beyond me.
