Can't get rid of the sender app icon even if -appIcon is used #156

When I specify a icon using -appIcon, the main notification icon is replaced but the original sender icon is shown smaller in the title.

Using OSX 10.11.3 (El Capitan)

Sorry, just read it's a know issue.
