Rsync to pycontrol #50

This PR contains the following changes

  1. Switch to synchronize pyphotometry time to pycontrol time
  2. Add plotting of the heatmap of pyphotometry data

hold_for_water_zscored_df_over_f_heatmap

I have tested the change on the existing data. If there is no other comment, I am going to merge it soon.
