Changes made for the ASAP meeting #52

This pull request encompasses the alterations made for the ASAP meeting in Stockholm. The changes include:

  1. Newly added notebooks for group analysis of DA and ACh data
  2. Notebooks for scrutinizing the peaks in DA and ACh data
  3. Several new plotting functions and minor modifications made to facilitate the analysis process

It shouldn't bring about any substantial modifications to the current pipeline. This PR will be merged soon if no other comments.
