Plot style fix #53

Closed kouichi-c-nakamura closed 1 year ago

kouichi-c-nakamura commented 1 year ago

Fixed the bug (or rather a problem in Seeborn's choice of default style) of not showing axis ticks for photometry data

Specified Lato font for Jade

Fixed the xArray's pointy colorbar (prepared by DataArary.plot()) to the normal rectangular style

@teristam You can check the new design examples at \ettina\Magill_Lab\Julien\Data\head-fixed\by_sessions\reaching_go_spout_bar_nov22\kms058-2023-03-24-151254\processed\figures\photometry

The pointy colour bar means there are some data points outside the range of the colour. I think I set the colour bar to be 95 or 99 percentile of the data. Setting it to full range makes the colour too difficult to see due to the occasional outliers.

But I have no problem setting the color bar to square.

Thanks, I see it now. I thought it was just a very strange design and wasted 4 hours to fix it.

I guess, usually, a colarbar has some kind of cut-off. And I don't often see pointy color bars. Maybe people don't get it as I failed.

Lacking axis ticks was more of a practical problem; we need them!

I'll proceed to merge the branch.
