It would be create to have a project launch meeting. I propose the following agenda:

Review training on Rust/FEM
Review/Discuss of the current setup of the project
Review/Discuss best practices and contributing to project
Define team needs (help with setting up code environment, resources for getting started, etc.)
Define manageable tasks and next steps
