Chapter 3 checks #66

I've gone through Chapter 3 and changed quite a lot (mainly lay-out and some equations).

I added the "expert level" indication as a {.callout}-box and thenput that part of the text in a

environment.

I added the notes in the margin in the original document as sort of pargraph headings to the quarto version.

I noticed that quite a large number of links (urls) are pointing to no longer existing sites. We should go through all of them or remove the links in case they are only "additional" information to the more general references.

Thank you @ppdewolf for the contribution. Ideally, only qmd and yml files are to be committed. Especially, no need to commit html files, they are rendered each time we render the quarto document. No conflict here, so it won't be a problem this time.

Good idea the expert call out box.

For the URLs, we've already created an issue about the need of a complete check. Maybe, reviewers already modified the bad ones. We'll check that.

Sorry about the "overload" of committed files ;-) I just did a "commit all" for the sake of not having to think about it ;-) I'll think about it next time.
