as discussed in #11, here's a PR where I tried to add a couple of changes in the README and in the menu description.
Feel free to comment on the proposed changes. They are deliberately on the "verbose" side, in the hope of clarifying what the plugin does (I certainly had some difficulty understanding it at first, although in retrospect it should have been obvious how it works).
