FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY IT IS HERE Y'ALL!!! The analysis of precipitation across models!!!

Note: this is for point extraction, not county extraction. Some data may not be 200% accurate, especially if the issue I encountered earlier with point extraction (see this GitHub Issue) still exists; however, point based extraction is easy to do on my computer. It's a quick change from point-based extraction to a county-based extraction (I just need to copy some code), and then I can push it to the ARC!

Heck yeah for progress!

Sweet! This looks great, and while we'll definitely want to get to the bottom of that lat/lon issue I doubt it will make your graphs like this meaningfully different. Looking forward to discussing this afternoon.
