Task 4. Package climate risk information to support engagement. Because communities differ considerably in their water sources, water demands, and water infrastructure, they will have different sensitivities and thresholds for climate risks (Vano 2010a,b). Therefore, as time allows, we will do some customization, tailoring materials to the issues of relevance to our partner communities (e.g., locally relevant thresholds for extreme events). However, we will also maintain standardized metrics (e.g., in Task 2) to provide context and seek transferable measures when possible. Importantly, this project aims to understand how to effectively provide climate risk information that is customized enough to resonate, yet transferable enough to share.

I'd like to modestly be involved in this as it's setting the stage for future engagement. Moreover, I'm really interested in how we communicate and present information so that's it's useful, usable, and understandable to a variety of audiences.
