Task 7. Catalog existing networks and influence mapping. As evident by Letters of Support enclosed in this proposal, our team brings together an extensive network of practitioners, climate resource providers, and other key enablers of climate services throughout the Intermountain West. This includes local actors (e.g., Grace (City of Denver), Perl (City of Aspen), Schendler (Aspen Skiing Company/Town of Basalt), and Woodman (Flagstaff)), who play important functions in larger regional or national networks as well as national actors that have extensive connections to local and regional leaders (e.g., Finnessey (Colorado Water Conservation Board), Nordgren (Climate Resilience Fund)). While these have preliminarily been engaged through the development of this proposal, we will more extensively catalogue our existing networks to identify opportunities for leveraging ongoing activities. In this process, we will solicit informal input, identify levers of influence, and further shape the anticipated design for engagement.

Responsibility: PI Arnott will coordinate full team effort.

The start for this can be in the tab of "The Matrix" that is labeled "Networks and Partnerships." But we'll need to think further about the influence mapping.
