In addition to issue 56, there should be an option in configuration preferences to bind vpn configuration with network interface status. #57

Actually there is another opposite use case, when people are in the office, 
they can access wifi to connect to work, when they are not in office, wifi is 
not available they need to connected to work via openvpn.

When the back to wifi, the configuration file for 3G network may not 
functioning, but openvpn tries again and again to connect to the vpn server 
(having the option "resolv-retry infinite" in openvpn config file, to make the 
connection stable in mobile network). VPN should be disabled automatically when 
they go back to office, while not trying again and again, this will consume lot 
of energy.

If this request is accepted, it would be great to add an option for each 
configuration in the preferences to bind the status with the enabling and 
disabling of specific network interface. e.g. wifi (may be some wifi network 
name), or mobile APN.
