Add sites.py #67

sites.py is a compendium of all Craigslist 'site' and 'area' keywords for the continental United States. I hope this file grows to encompass Hawaii and Alaska, better so the world.

Hey Ira. Thanks for doing this! However, I'm not 100% convinced that's the right way to go. I feel it'll be something that could go out of sync quite easily, and would have to be kept maintained and updated. I'd rather have a programatic solution, like scrapping craigslist.org/about/sites or something like that.
