buildGo112Module has been obsoleted.
In fact, all Go 1.12 support has been removed from Nix
Some nix packages are using a new reference URL style that default version of Travis nix can't eat

Ugh, this is getting nasty. Nix on Travis seems to be broken and neglected and in an unusable state.

Trying GitHub Actions in another branch.
