Immediately crashes on iPhone 7. Update needed

You need to be jailbroken to use the application - hence why it is crashing instantly for you I'm assuming

I'm using an iPhone 7 Plus iOS 12.4 and iPhone 7 Plus iOS 13.3 and the only way I am able to sideload it is with ReProvision (so both are JB.) It Immediately crashes on both. Any ideas?
