avoid reloading all the colors again and again also avoids problem when colors are set dynamically when focus in and out that the colourpallette is not reset each time.

Hi @wimstockman ! Thanks for your contribution! I will have a look at this and cherry pick it to the dev repo (https://github.com/juliusHuelsmann/st-focus) soon if I don't encounter any problems with the patched version! I will update it at the official wiki and merge it here. I don't have too much time on my hands right now, so forgive me for the late reply!

Hi @wimstockman ! Thanks for your contribution, I now merged and released your changes to the st-focus repository, and it will be released to the st website in a couple of days with you listed as a contributer.
