NC23 log flood #105

Changelog mentions official support for NC23 in 0.14.0 but log still floods with following:

/appinfo/app.php is deprecated, use \OCP\AppFramework\Bootstrap\IBootstrap on the application class instead.

Should be migrated, yes but the message should only be logged at debug level.
