HMR Enabler info.xml should be updated to <= NC30 … #313

… or removed from the docker setup for >= NC29 if incompatible. Creating the issue here since the HMR enable app store link is 404.

HMR (This is within a just-fired-up default "nextcloud" docker container, some default apps deactivated)
