Teacher and Student allowed to have same email

Teachers and Students having the same email (& contact) is rare, and it might be helpful to at least show a warning if the same details are being entered.

We actually thought about this, and it's intended behaviour. This is because the teacher could be the student's parent, and hence they may share the same point of contact. After all, these are secondary school students and might not have their own email yet.
