support arrival date & time #11

Is there any way to specify the time of arrival rather than just the time of departure? Perhaps I should't be abusing this as a more complete version of https://github.com/juliuste/db-hafas-rest/, though...

A while ago, db-prices was API-compatible with db-hafas. Then we worked on db-hafas and changed the API to include more information, and it now includes the point in time of arrival. @juliuste and I should add this to db-prices as well.
