Update the icons to higher quality versions #17

A lot of the graphics are of low quality, and really showing their age on high-resolution screens. We should aim to replace them with something of higher quality versions. All of the flags, ratings icons, and Format icons are available as SVGs.

@julmud could you label this as a "good first issue" please, as well as anything else you deem necessary.

I've pushed a branch were I regenerated all country flags as PNG files from high resolution SVG files, see e282ec0ac53b63df4a3e0ba14f5bf26f4d65b953. Is this the kind of thing you had in mind?

BTW, if you know where to find SVGs of the logos for the Swiss rating system, I'm really interested. I've been looking for them for quite some time and have never been able to find anything better than a low quality PDF.

@julmud according to this page on wikipedia Switzerland use the same rating system as Germany. I have been able to find the german ones by searching wikimedia. Such as fsk 18

Sorry, I ended my message too soon. I will review that branch tonight :-)

@julmud according to this page on wikipedia Switzerland use the same rating system as Germany.

Then I'll have to update the Wikipedia page, as it's incomplete. 😉 The German rating system is indeed officially recognised for discs imported from Germany, so mainly for the German speaking part of Swizterland. But as there's no equivalent system in France or Italy, there's a Swiss specific rating system called "Altersfreigabe SVV/Age limite recommandé ASV" (official site, in German and French only) for the French and Italian speaking parts of the country. Alas, the only images of the logos I could find on the web are in this low quality PDF made for ordering stickers of the logos.

And of course, this is only valid for DVD/BluRay discs... For movie in the theatres, it's a completely different system that's being used...
