I wrote formulas in https://github.com/julywater/WeakLensing/blob/master/docs/formula.tex

we want to write down likelihoods and priors and marginalized likelihoods and so on.
When in doubt, follow the notation style of http://arxiv.org/abs/1205.4446unless @drphilmarshall https://github.com/drphilmarshall says different

Yike: now write sentences explaining the logical steps from one formula to another. In doing so, you will find yourself explaining the assumptions you are making. Why are you writing in a separate tex file, and not in the paper?

I add the sentences ,and put it in the paper, but it's also in that formula.tex file

Yike, I don't see the equations or sentences there; what file did you add them to?

Yike, The idea is that we are now going to write a paper for submission to MNRAS. So can you transfer in the equations, explanations of those equations, explanations of the symbols, and so-on into ms.tex
which is where Phil made the template and I wrote an abstract.
Also: the section plan needs work before the formulae do!! The storyline of the paper is the most important thing: your results will not make sense if the storyline is incoherent.

Hi I wrote some brief section plan in the ms.tex file .

Okay good, now expand this into a full discussion of how we plan to go from a catalog of ellipticity measurements with error bars (sigma_e) to a shear map.
I expanded the Method Section,in ms.tex

this is a good start! I am closing this issue and opening a new one
