Project needs a more informative name

Since we are not solving all problems in weak lensing, a better name might be in order. We are looking into hierarchical Bayes for weak lensing, focusing on inferring P(e) using "step function" priors and Gibbs sampling, so an informative name could be made out of all of that. Alternatively, a non-informative codename would be just as good. Yike seems like he might be good at the latter, given his github username!
