can't make; need `psfig.sty` #9

@drphilmarshall I think this is your fault. And seriously, mn2e uses psfig.sty? Seriously? It feels like 1991 all over again.

oh wait, I now realize that it is @drphilmarshall and not mn2e that is at fault. Dropped the \input and suggest that if we input figures we use graphics not psfig
