Prevent data loss (add button to Medical details tab) #30

And last but not least - I made a patient, and then accidentally didn't save her. Oops! It's because there's a Submit button on the Personal Details tab of each patient, but not on the Medical Details tab. I forgot to go back to the Personal Details tab . . . and somehow lost my patient record. Do we have an auto-save option for those times when a surgeon doesn't hit the Save/Submit button? Or do they have to Save/Submit each time to prevent data loss?

Here we could also capture with Javascript when we have edited data and display an alert when trying to leave the page.
