SSH tunnels ?? #58

Hello,

Just installed the plugin and it's pretty awesome. We, however, have our production DB in the cloud and it's not directly accessible from localhost.

Would you support the addition of this feature? See here, for instance.

As a workaround you can use SSH port forwarding and connect to localhost.
