Dokka Docs #72

Run ./gradlew dokkaHtmlMultiModule to generate docs in all modules.

NB. There are some detekt warnings to address as the build fails.

Also, go through the wordings to see if they can be improved since I've not used the Mpesa API a lot so some wordings might be off.
