Infinite right-side panes #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to a single host
2. Swipe finger from right to left, as if switching to second pane on the
right-hand side. Observe "switching" to the pane you were already on.
3. Repeat.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect either bi-directional support (infinite fun on the left AND the
right!) Or no pane switching allowed if there are no additional hosts on
that "side." Even better would be having the main screen as one of those
"panes" although that's just how my mind works probably.

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?

This was fixed somewhere around r127. The Market version does have this bug.
